All applicants are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting an application for one of our available properties. The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of assessing eligibility, verifying applicant details, and determining suitability for the requested accommodation. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer, reservation, guarantee of tenancy, or confirmation that a property will be allocated.
A non refundable service and administration fee of £75 is payable at the time of application. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the application, conducting internal eligibility and affordability assessments, verifying submitted information, coordinating property availability, and managing the internal allocation process. Payment of this fee permits the application to be formally reviewed and assessed but does not guarantee approval, allocation, or reservation of any property.
All applications are reviewed subject to property availability, internal approval procedures, and compliance with applicable housing, occupancy, and suitability criteria. Where multiple applications are received for the same property, applications may be assessed on a first reviewed or best suited basis in accordance with internal allocation procedures.
By submitting an application and paying the service fee, applicants acknowledge and agree that the £75 administration fee is strictly non refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, unsuccessful applications, incomplete submissions, failure to meet eligibility requirements, withdrawal of an application by the applicant, changes in property availability, or where the applicant elects not to proceed following approval.
Successful applicants will be contacted with further instructions regarding documentation requirements, confirmation of availability, and move in arrangements where applicable.
Applicants will typically receive an update on the outcome of their application, or instructions to complete the application process, within 24 hours of submission.
